Not only does it confirm legal ownership and prevents others from manufacturing, using, selling or importing your product idea without your permission, it provides the exclusive right that potential licensees, buyers and investors require to collaborate with you.
How long does it take to draft and file a patent.
It varies based on complexity, but typically it takes approx 3-4 weeks to produce the final and approved application and 10 minutes to file with the UK Patent Office.
What intellectual property credentials do you have.
While intellectual property has been intrinsically ingrained in our business for over thirty, we have no formal qualifications. All IP work is carried out by the Patent Attorneys operating at our sister company DF Bluem, who are fully qualified professionals in patent and trademark law.
Do you charge for undertaking a patent search.
It won't cost you anything. The patent search is free and is part of our due diligence process.
Why do you reject so many projects.

What intellectual property services do you offer.
Through our sister company DF Bluem, we offer the following services : Patents, Trademarks and Registered Design drafting and filing. International applications and filing. Patent infringement insurance. Patent valuations. IP Management. Licensing and assignment.
